OMFG! idk why i didn't think about it ealier?!!!
A couple days ago, andrew mass pm'd that he was going to debug the entire base of GZ, owned by ebizou base of course, i happened to be on my alt and was able to grab a Ebizou sub tag, he hardly debugged in the base, but debugged the CRAP out of flag room, which only ebizou base and sub members were able to access.
clearly no favoritism.

Damn! I saw a bunch of debugs in a flag room a while ago when Ebizou had the flag, should have takes a pic.
