Eh, well I know 2 friends (noobs) they know each other irl so one of them wanted to se his iPhone and buy an android... He asked admin for acc transfer and got the stuff then once sold he kep his stuff ;P

If they were using the same IP then it's possible. But you in theory you can't transfer unless you fly the person you're transferring to to your house
