I used get migraines around once or twice every two weeks that I've been to a neurologist for, but I don't ***** out on them. I would just go about my day and suck it up, even doing sports and other stuff while being affected, well, at least once the aura passed and I could see again.
I don't get them so frequently any more, though. In fact, the last one I had was almost five months ago, I think.

**** you. Not everyone experiences migraines the same; for me I can't just "suck it up" because they are literally crippling. I don't get auras, but I become very sensitive to light and smell, and it becomes impossible to focus. I end up in my room in the dark for most of the day, then another portion of the night throwing up and laying on the bathroom floor.
There are no such things as one single migraine experience, so the implication that anyone who can't deal with them are just "pussying out" can be somewhat insulting. Even my own migraines can range from just an annoyance to feeling like someone is punching the front of my brain.
