Not a bad way as long as players don't ask wasteful questions or spam :-)

I'd thought up a funky idea which involved a queued system where you pick from a category of issues and from rc we can then open a chat with you similar to call Centers and respond that way; obviously time wasters and people who abused it would be removed from using it
