It is fine, if it would have been crappy I believe the "higher powers" would have changed it, or kicked the staff who banned wrong everytime.

Would the feel obligated to change it if something were wrong?
I mean to say that I am asking you if you believe they would spend time in fixing something if it were only affecting, estimating I guess 300 people?, in the last two years of having 8000+ people.
