I get that point, but without players knowing it how do we know if a staff member is following the procedures correctly? How do we know if a gps actions were right if we can't see the procedure they are supposed to follow? How do we know what they can and can't ban for?

Players would have to chase up with the GPs via
[email protected] I'd say. Perhaps suggest a updated list of rules and approximate punishment in GP/Court house?
