Yeah I think they should only give staff options to pick from that all have set times and all are ip bans not acc ban. I reckon be better as I know staff that don't like certain players for certain reasons but that shouldn't let them have the option to increase the time if they do something wrong(but doing exactly same as other person).We are all equal, just put set times on bans and only give staff option of bans to pick from.

Also for stuff like being offmap why don't they fix the problems of how they getting off map rather than needing 30+GP's? Mindblowing ik!
