sometimes Prs not banning hackers i saw so many hackers in era but they are not banned well u guys need a new ban system

It's the PRs job. We do not always see the hackers and reports aren't always clearing things. We do get spammed with reports of players who "hacked" their "item shop" while it was just a simple bug. We are not online 24/7 neither are we everywhere 24/7 to check such stuff. We are already trying to do our best
