You don't get how anyone could ever complain about a shallow memorial that's (imo) disrespectful to the people who lost their lives on that day.
I don't doubt the good intentions behind but get ****ing real. A giant 'We Never Forget' sign and an All American Gift Shop (9/11 rattled more than America that day) that resembled more of an Independence Day shop is just asking for trouble.
If you really want to "remember" 9/11 you would take time out of your day and have a moment of silence for the people affected by the tragedy.
