Yes, the rules have always been there and some uploaders in the past who ignored rules. But if the "graal gods" cant hire trustworthy uploaders, thats their problem. Go ahead n enforce rules but theres no need to delete ppls graphics bcuz of past uploaders laziness.

That part is wrong. The rules were actually placed there later on so headband heads could have been uploaded beforehand.
