Again.. If those who put dedication of time and effort to the gang.. Why can the leader only give it to 5 people? Learn to take steps from iClassic please. Once the guild reaches 2000 hours, all gang members who put hard dedication and effort get the hat
What? Doesn't the rest of the gang gets some dedication too for their effort? What a bunch of attention hoggers ._.
How about an idea where it benefits for everyone and not just for the leader?
In a group of possibly what could be 25 gang members: If all 25 gang members stayed till all those hours or helped make up most of those hours. Then those gang members should claim their prize as is.. From hats to statues.. The leader shouldn't get all the credit for it.

100%, well, you know in classic it's far harder to take a base since all people use like the same sword.
And CoM got 12k hrs NEVER complaint, all they got was a hat for the guild,
nothing more... Snk is kind enough to give Ebizou some freedom of the speech. But they just abused it and wants more, Making them want more, removed there freedom.
