And I think:

Gang gun&Gang melee(order made have gang logo in)+private spar ring+private beach+statues for leaders(in gang station or gang house)

for 10000 hours gang should be nice

10000 hours is soooo hard to get! If you try you will know how hard it is.
(it took us 1year+3months, we basing 24hours EVERYDAY no break)

So, I think 10000 hours gang deserves these stuffs
