I still think a "gang gun" is the best idea for the 10000 hours prize.
let's start the history of "gang gun" at iEra too^^
but i understand this is game is a business also.
so, mabye the gang gun should not be free.
how about this?
give the gang witch reached 10000 hours a "private gang shop",
"only" their members can go into the shop and buy stuff from the shop,
gang gun 80000-100000, gang hat 35000, gang melee 50000...

if they kicked from gang or leave gang, the stuff they bought will disappear.
if they join back(on tag), they can use those items again.

good idea right?
