Being a PRA, isn't it their job to handle "issues among staff" also? Unless the issues were so outrageous that they just up and /ragequit. If that's the case then those staff members involved in the issues should also think about resigning, if they're going to make such a big issue out of something, no doubt, game-related.

The issue was above our control. Our job was to make sure the staff below us were in line and help them when needed. And according to Snk/Auron/anyone on the team i've talked to, we did a damn good job of that. (Never had one problem in the whole two years i've worked at iera until now.)
