Thats a really poor combination of sources you ripped right there.
And especially, this edited version is worse than the previous version (Gas mask smaller, round edges?,etc.)

If anything, use the sprites as a reference to the size,style, and shading of your hat, rather than ripping sprites, pasting them together and calling it a guild hat, regardless of permission or not

I'm not trying to sound rude against you at all but i don't think that should be the 1k guild hat in opinion
