Tell you what.. I'll help with creating your hat but from scratch. No copy n pasting. We'll hold onto the gas mask and ill try to work on the base of the hat while you try to do the minor details (wings,etc.)

Rok can make an original hat if he wanted to; he's a beast graphics artist. He is only made the hat to appeal to paybacks wants and because hp wanted that winged hat in the first place to be incorporated.
