Riley is, at least, one of the top 5 pixelists on this forum. The fact that you aren't listening to him just means you don't want to get better. You may have done what he said, but it isn't his fault the hat looks the way it does. I already told you. The shading is way off. Let's look at the front-facing sprite, shall we? Look at the top bulge where you shaded the left part. And now look at the bottom-right where it's almost completely shaded....what kind of light source does that? Maybe you invented a new one, but if not, that's something that definitely needs fixing. And I already pointed that out, but my post seems to have been drowned out by all the back-and-forth bickering. Which makes it pretty apparent that you're beyond the point of wanting to be helped, which means you should probably just delete this thread. The fact that you have access to a group of talented pixel artists like Riley, bam, maikeru, etc. and yet don't use it to your advantage, to help you grow as an artist, really means you're not that interested in becoming one. So my question is: why waste time on something when you don't even want to get better at it? If you've decided you want to get better, do what Bam suggested, and go to pixeljoint. Because you've pretty much squandered all the help you're going to get from this forum.
