Well he may have overreacted some, but i get where he was coming from. Imagine if you were working on a painting for a long time and put some effort into it, showed it to your art class, and then someone came up the next day and showed a much better version of your painting that they made, and everyone was 'wowed' and forgot about your efforts. You see, hes not thinking about this just as a tool to serve graal regardless of who contributes to it, hes thinking about it as an art medium as well. And thats why hes getting so defensive, may it be a tad too much. Just trying to clear things up here  |
Right. I would be angry too if this was done to me. I really don't like how Downsider was dissing his work that really wasn't needed. Let alone posting his project on Gunderak's thread when it's about his project. To Gunderak, I know it's hard and difficult to see someone post another version of your work, but you need to be the more mature one about it. Think of it as a motivation to beat him. Keep working on it and don't give up.
