Which version? the Jar or the executable?

The java source wasn't obfuscated so it's easily accessible.

It isn't a big deal at the moment seeming as all that I have released is mainly the GUI and barely any actual source from the windows counterpart.
But thanks for pointing that out, I'll be sure to do that when I finish more of it off.
