Pencils are rare, and will stay rare. Failure was very lucky and won the cheapest one for 18k on accident when snk did his crazy 1 min auctions.

I did get lucky didn't I? >=) hehe no regrets. Though it did make me kinda poor (50k left after I lost 18k)

whats the point? its only a rare trash pick... waste of EC , its not easy for people to earn EC, + Pencils were supposed to be RARE not and item everyone has.
