Hah, you should play iClassic sometime. They never reply, or they provide a stupid ass email address they will never respond to you with.

I responded to plenty of emails. Really depends on what you send. Application? They get thousands. "Can I be staff"? Spam. Useless subject line? Be a while before correct persons can action it.
Also, emails are the only way you should contact staff if you expect a response. Expecting staff to respond to every pm is impossible as it is. If staff were required to respond to every pm, the spam would grow exponentially. Then the argument about staff can just block spammers but then the fact spammers bitch and whine when they are blocked from feedback for being tools.
So in conclusion, send an appropriately formatted and descriptive email. The less spam or time wasting items staff have to wade through, the better for everyone!
