Thanks. What staff doesn't realize is that it doesn't have to be one or the other. You can do both quests and sparring/towers/buying stuff.
Unfortunately, I suspect that they are not focusing on quests because it wouldn't make them money, unlike selling a new group of hats or themed furniture each month.
What staff overlooks, however, is that having more things to do will keep the players more entertained and could even expand the player base, indirectly making them more money. A better-quality game is sure to result in more people playing it.
If you think quests aren't a good idea, then you are overlooking the wildly-popular questing game that Graal is based on: Zelda.

Yeah, they just seem to be thinking about they money rather than making it a good game.
