Nice idea, I just dont think that it should be 7 seconds. Maybe a minute or 2 that way people can have more of a chance and so it doesn't go that fast. But really good anyway!

In the normal auction, between each bid there is a space of 4 seconds max with MS 100.
So eventually 7 seconds gives time to the person to bid.
EDIT: added extra rule, but I think it's hard to script.
