The no hats/mask rule was made to prevent people from using hats that cost lets say 10,000 and uploading it ALONG with a head for 20,000 which is 10k cheaper. I beleive the staff should change the rule to: No EXISTING/NEAR RESEMBLENCE hats on heads. And rufus is wrong about the religion, medical thing. If you go into the customization pack, theres TONS of heads that have some type of hat on them. Theres a baddy head, with the gray helm on it. The blue ninja head, that has a blue scarf and headband on it. The worker head, with the hard hat on it. And much more. Also staff should not be hypocritical ex: "Your no special" yet they have a mustache. And if a mustache in not a 'medical' thing and allowed, then why arent glasses allowed?

So if the game COMES with heads that have hats, then the rule should be *the one i stated above* OR make normal heads 20k and heads with a possible hat 30k.

Spoiler This tip is for you rezon, your ideas are true, but you made the mistake or reuploading. You should have been smarter then the staff and discussed the problem on the forums first.
