Staff helps only pro's for some reasons, like pro can tell the world that she/he's a great admin, but if they help noobs like me and you, they will consider it worthless.
But there is always people open for help like Cat,Katniss,LavaClaw,WDM,many other great staff that helps everyone I still remember when Wdm wasted all his time teaching a noob about the game and thought him events and stuff
