Hey guys don't go "flame" again.
This message should be for PR's too, not only PRA's are missing.
Here is a solution, buy the head , now buy another one(using some extra money), and full refund the first
(happend to me several times) reason? : your old head was saved and named as the new one, this could get conflict on the Graalians system, have you uploaded your staff head using the same personal name?
Solution 2- : your Application has cached your old head, try to reinstall the game or try it with era (not +)

Btw if you're wondering why two heads? Here is why :
Buying the first will save it for example as 101 , now buying the second will save as 102.
101 is damaged so having It renamed might solve it, if not, I'm sorry for wasting you another 20k :p
