julius was the one who took away my "scrolling headband, changing color head", I asked him why, he said headband rule... I told him I uploaded my head way before the "no headband" rule was made and that I had it for almost 2 years. He then told me that the reason It was taken away was because "semi-transparancy" issues. There are hats that change colors like my head did and they are way more "transparent" than my head was. The admin KPR told xor that my head shouldn't have been deleted some other stuff and Xor said I would be able to re- upload and changing color head hit scrolling letters just as long as it doesn't have a headband. 2 of my heads were taken away and I was given a full refund, 40k.... so I am fine with " the no headband " rule, it just sucks that they were taken away.
