Actually there are 4 things which are claimed as quest:
1. Rat transformation
2. Deadwood baddy quest
3. Deadwood maze quest
3. Pyrate's daily quest

What's that?
The other three are not quests no matter how hard you look at it. Maybe if they added an "accept/deny" interface with the reward and requirements they could trick us into believing so.
