well it is true that graal is based on zelda, but this is a complete different idea.

Nintendo would definately sue you no matter what. Even if you changed it, the idea of throwing a ball at an animal and "catching it" is to close.

Plus, you've seen how long it's taken to develop and publish iZone, so this is most likely NEVER going to happen.
