Actually I might know..
A couple months ago, snk added the VIP system. I then bought the VIP and a couple minutes later he deleted it (I'm guessing, because it was buggy). He then summoned everyone who bought it and refunded their money. I probably got the car because I was one of the people who bought VIP long ago, only a handful of people bought the VIP back then.
