Plus how can you fully know as a staff member if you were scammed? If scamming were illegal someone could just accuse someone they don't like for scamming and get their item? Which is more unfair? The scenario where you lose an item by your own mistake or one where you lose it just because someone wants to be an ass? Scamming is untraceable and therefore was made legal due to the fact that it can not be solved, and our staff are busy as is. And no there will be no trading system because stephan says no before someone beings that up.
