fairly sure it is implied since its supposed to be for transferring your accounts to your accounts, if you told the staff what you were really doing i doubt they would have transferred it,you wasted their time and gained property you didnt earn or deserve, accounts that werent yours, when its stated that the service is for transferring YOUR old accounts to YOUR new account.
