It has been stated by Xor and Stefan that the current Classic iPhone server is more intended towards being a graphical chatroom and social game than it is a game with quests and such. Sure some quests are being added and there are some pking aspects, but the quests are dumbed down to be incredibly simple and easy to understand, and half the map is no pk.
I'd like to see a Classic server that is more geared towards being a game than a chatroom. Of course it would still contain social elements such as houses, customization, and guilds, but it would also have more playable content that many current iClassic players may find frustrating.
First off, I would like to see pking everywhere that is outdoors, with the exception of maybe 1 designated area off on the side of map for socializing that has no other reason to travel to. Pking is fun and adds to the community aspect of the game.
Secondly, I'd like to revive the old "exploration" aspect of Graal. iClassic has been doing this a little bit lately, but not to that much of an extent. New areas with meaning should be added without announcement to keep people exploring and searching for changes every day. For example, a new quest may be added and players may discover it and either keep it secret or spread the news.
In addition, I feel the quests are either too easy or too repetitive. You don't need to think much in the quests on iClassic or make decisions. In one haloween quest on iClassic, all you do is run through a cave then save someone and get a hat, and is repeatable 3 times. In another you find several things for a potion or something then get rewarded. Overall the story behind them isn't very deep and they require little to no thought as to what to do. An ideal quest would require the player to pay attention to details and make decisions, have plot twists, and have multiple parts to them.
Lastly, the game should have a more complex guild fort system. The one on iClassic is fun but it is a little to simple and abused. There should be low to high level forts that award different amounts of points based on level. The powerful guilds similar to COM would go for high level towers for their large amount of points, and new guilds can start out with low level towers to get started and still have things to do when they don't have huge armies online. In addition there would be multiple ways to take towers including siege by controlling the top, damage by destroying the flag(swords), and perhaps multi flags in upper level forts. Guilds may even get rewards for their points in a spendable shop.
Events and tournaments would also be cool as well.
There are currently several upcoming servers that look very interesting such as Delteria,Zone, and Stroseria(no specific order don't get mad), but sadly I don't see any upcoming Classic servers for iPhone, as Thor is rather reluctant towards bringing Classic to iPhone.
