The RC chat? No it's all in a GUI similar to the world chat.
You are talking about the iRC which I made, unless pix made a new one. But I don't think that he made a new one.

Oh, I saw an admin (not naming) using it on Facebook, it got several tabs // Feedback // Development(I think) etc...
