So shouldn't we add some things from PC era's tileset to ours? I mean we have a huge empty space in "throw through" and "foreground" while PC era has those spaces filled.

Well we don't necessarily collaborte with PC Era so I dont know if that'd happen. However, I believe we may be tweaking our tileset slightly when we have another app update in the app store.
