How about not? New players shouldn't be given an advantage or handicap (cheaper EC items) to balance out with the better players. If you want to beantje pros, become a pro. Even if one were to have a Souizen and a Katana without skill/experience with them, I will put money on the table that Chaotic with a Graalians Bow would destroy the guy with the Souizen and Katana. Remember (and this applies to real life as well), it isn't the equipment - it's the person using the equipment. Remember that one story about the hammer vs. drill? Hank Aaron didn't hit 755 home runs because of a high quality bat, he hit 755 home runs hecause he knew how to use the high quality bat. Give a pitcher a better bat than he used, and the pitcher won't hit 755 home runs. I promise.
