Well, I finished watching the first Season yesterday. Loved it. I just wish it could be longer, but I read somewhere that they didn't want to to be because you'd already seen everywhere in the original series  .
Which is true, of course...
It also just seems way to modern to me, probably because I'm used to the nice traditional one I used to watch whilst eating breakfast on a Saturday.
Finally, it seems a whole lot more serious. Do you think it is all due to it being towards the same crowd, who would be older now, or just my imagination? It happened with J.R.R. Tolkien, when he wrote the Hobbit, for children, and then, years later, LOTR, for those same now-grown up children.

So much more serious. It's a completely different feeling watching this show incompared to The Last Airbender. Korra is such a suspenceful show, that just keeps you thinking and thinking about it as you're watching.
I really like the scene when Korra was in the box and she was seeing the court hearing. It was interesting to see the original series characters all grown up.
