Who cares if they're overpriced? They don't the effect any balance between players in the game and are purely for fun. There's loads of other things to do and ways to save up.

I really wish they would have just made every mount a 2 person mount. It's fun to ride around with your friend everywhere, but in order to have that fun you have a purchase choice between a 50k turtle and 100k panda. You have a choice to farm all those gralats (Lol yeah right) or you can open the shop and buy the gralat packs.
