try:
-Go to registry editor and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager \ Memory Management \ Prefetch Parameters
There should be the "enable prefetch" button with the value set to 3. Make it 0

-Windows button>search>type "run">Type "%temp%"> go ahead and delete all the files there (skip the ones you can't delete) This will delete about 100mb of useless garbage

-Now do the same thing run> type "prefetch"> Delete everything
