OK so you're using Intel inbuilt graphics (and I think it's a very old chipset as well.. 2004/2005?) so I don't think you will be able to push any high-end gaming out of this.
It does, however, look like you're using a substandard default driver so updating with the Intel driver should provide a remarkable improvement.
Visit the
Intel Driver Update Utility and let it find the correct driver for you. Install it and see if it makes a difference.
Getting a dedicated graphics card will boost your experience but it's also depending on other factors. Don't form out $600 on a top-line graphics card when you have slow, low-clocked RAM, slow CPU and limited PSU
