Im not making up anything, maybe it wasnt you that changed its spread but it diffinately has increased, i just tried it myself and the spread is almost as much as the pbp.
Besides i do agree it is quiet underpowered for 75k, reguardless of the shield whichs only defence is -2 damage from bar and -1 damage from m4.
