Look, it was amazing when it came out. The chance of blocking should be changed to 2/3s what it originally was. The bullets didn't do much, but it at least protected you all the while.
Yes, I know the blocking part is gone. Bring it back. With the KSGs low damage per bullet, it's still easy as he'll to our spar it. The blocking can still be beaten easily.
Simply put, as others have stated, make the KSG damage per bullet add up to a total of 10-12 damage. Pbp does much more per blast if all the bullets hit. I can't remember the total damage, but it's at least 18 per blast. 12 damage isn't unreasonable.
You know, I wish I had a chance to edit those guns myself. Too bad, since I'm assuming the Era Dev Server is PC only? :/
Correction: Pbp does 4x4 which is 16, right?

Yes, but he meant 6 damage in total, so both bullets hit, if repaired.
It's just 4 damage without repairs, which makes it 2 damage per bullet.
The shield still isn't functioning well, so it still isn't what it's supposed to be...
