You think I have never reported? Fools, I tell my entire guild to report someone whenever I have seen a hacker. It has only worked once, and I have done it bazilikions of times. And yes, i report everytime as well as send a pm.

It's true. GP's are useless. They have never once helped us with a hacker or glitcher at our forts.
But if you get mad about it and, for example, put "FIRE [STAFF MEMBER]" in your nick name, they will take immediate action and either warn or ban you for "offensive nick name / harassing staff."
Fire all GP's and start anew.
