I think it's weird, and if you're like 12 years old and doing it, it is majorly skewing your thought process of how relationships work. I think if you actually know and have met the person irl then its okay. In the end you dont really know who the other person is, my friend dated a "girl" who turned out to be a homosexual 21 year old. I also think its a sign that you are getting way too personally involved in the game.
