Your comments are funny. It's supposed to be a villainous robe type thing. It looks more like a cloak though, since it has no arms. I'll add an outline, and it's not from FMA, it's actually based off Ghetsis' robe/cloak thing from Pokemon. I'll try to make it look less like pants. ^-^
