This has happened to me a couple of times on iEra and iClassic, OP. Sadly, you were the one at fault and brought this upon yourself on this one for having the software installed on your device in the first place. Even if your intentions were not for harm and your claim is true, there isn't much staff can do about the matter. In any event, you're better off messaging a staff member via e-mail, forum PM, or maybe Facebook.
