Oh for the love of... Okay the answer is simple. Participate in guild spar tournaments. You can't get quest items without participating in quests correct? Every single person on Graal has a chance to enter and win the guild spar tournament. The main question is are they good enough to make it to the part in which you receive the item? Yes, there are many items you can get in the mystery boxes. If you don't get meditate tough luck. Better luck next tourney. The point is the item IS available to everyone, but it is indeed difficult to achieve if you are not prepared to win the first round in the tourney or get the item in the gift boxes. Think of the item as one big quest itself.
