are you 100% that u have a nvidia graphic card? if not follow the steps below
note: if u know it heres the guide to unistall form nvidia also a link that tells u which update u should download (ofcourse from nvidia themself)


unistall guide
Driver finder

1.click start(or ctrl-r)
2. type dxdiag
3.hit enter
4.it should bring up a window called something like diagnostool or something in like that. 5.click save all info( u can save it to wherever u like)
6.open the .txt file that u just saved click
7.click ctrl-f
8. type: card name (in the search window)
9. post here whats writen on that line and the manufacturer line too

this should make it eaiser for john (or me) to solve the problem
