2)how do I uninstall,as you can see in that image of "uninstall a program" I see nothing.

I can't tell how to uninstall if you don't have the intel/Nvidia driver installed- so I'd say try your luck and see if your PC is a GeForce
For safe mode, while the PC turning on, keep pressing f8 you will get a menu, choose Safe Mode with Networking
