Well if nothing that anybody is telling you works, then you may want to do what I did. I used to have an old laptop and the graphics card sucked and kept doing what yours did. So i got a new laptop with a better graphics card. If you have a computer, then ask a local computer repair man to replace the graphics card with a better one.
In a laptop, everything is close together, so you shouldn't risk replacing the graphics card in a laptop. In a computer, everything is more spaced out, so its easier to replace it.
